OUR IDENTITY
Schiavoni Group was founded by Sergio Schiavoni, a enterprising young businessman of Ancona who has been in the Electrotechnical Industry since the 60’s.
Over the years the Group has acquired different shareholdings which, together with the core business of its leading company, Imesa (MV – LV switchboards), have made it a point of reference in the Electrotechnical Industry.
After more than 50 years from its foundation, Sergio Schiavoni is still a key figure in the company system although he is now supported by second and third generation members of the family: his children Camilla and Giampiero are in charge of the commercial sector while Claudio heads the industrial and renewable energy division and his grandson Francesco Bugaro, son of Nicoletta, has recently joined the company.
Thanks to constant growth and successful investments, the Schiavoni Group has capitalised its profits through important acquisitions in international plant engineering and multidisciplinary engineering companies.
